Diamond B Funny Farm
Here are some photos of the newest residence here on the farm. After loosing several dogs this summer to the bad ingredients in commercial dog food we decided it was time to start feeding our dogs an even better diet and control what ingredients are in it thus we have our breeding stock for our food and the dog’s food. We had the dogs on raw meat and vegetables already with the addition of commercial dog food but now we are weaning them from the store bought food to the self produced around here. The humans here also eat the organically grown foods. We do not use chemicals here but we use nature to control insects and parasites |

This is “Bo” a Kiko goat. Kiko are meat goats. Look at those horns. The moment we brought him here all the animals gathered around and when they lay down to sleep all heads are flat on the ground and they are very sound asleep since they know Billy is on the job. |
This is “Bob” he is also a Kiko goat. His interest are only on the girls but Bo has put a stop to that. |

On the right in the front and working counterclockwise are “Jill” a Katahdin Sheep. Then “Sampson” the sheep. And the black one is a little Pigmy Goat female that we have not named yet. Katahdin Sheep produce wool like other sheep but unlike other sheep they shed their wool much like my Huskies blow their coats. Katahdin Sheep are a meat sheep. The Pigmy Goat is just something that Kathy had to have. They are small and cute. (unfortunately this black Pigmy and the other Pigmy Domino were lost to dog attacks last month we will miss them both). |
Look at these cute faces. The sheep are so sweet looking. Jill will actually come up to us. She was jealous at first of the two Pigmy Goats because they were Sampson’s friends since they came from the same farm together. Now Jill plays with them. Jill will also come running to me and lie down in my lap and enjoys being pet. There are also two more ewe here. (photos coming soon). |
This is “Domino” He is a Pigmy goat. (Domino was lost to a dog attack last month we will miss him). |
These three guys are Japanese Black Bantam Roosters. We are hoping to soon get some Bantam Hens as well. The one in the foreground is my arch enemy. He attacks me every time I get near the pen. |

Here are Turkey. The two on the left in photo are males and the two on the right are females. The two black and white females in the top right are Royal Palm Turkeys. The male in the bottom left has been named Ted by Kathy because he is very affectionate . Ted was even found last night snuggling four Rode Island Red hens to keep them warm. |
