Barnyard Wisdom: Lessons we have learned here on the farm over the years.

 

 

The other day I watched Febe the goat roam across the pasture while following the Guineas.  When the Guineas decided to fly over the fence and go out into the woods Febe realized that she was standing alone at the far end of the pasture.  She screamed like something was after her and she ran back across the pasture to where the other goats were.  Lesson: don’t follow the wrong crowd or you may be left alone and exposed to danger.  Also, when you realize you are off with the wrong crowd run don’t walk back to those who are friendly.
